Eleanor Lamb is senior manager of federal government relations for the American Society of Civil Engineers. She covers a policy portfolio that includes roads, bridges, rail, transit, aviation, and ports. Her responsibilities at ASCE include tracking transportation-related legislation, meeting with Capitol Hill staff, writing comments to federal agencies, and drafting statements to Congress. She also serves as the staff liaison for ASCE’s Transportation Policy Committee. Prior to ASCE, she worked as a journalist and covered the trucking and freight transportation industry. Eleanor graduated from William and Mary in 2016.
